Ready for this challenge? Incorporate at least three fruits & vegetables from a chosen color category each week. The produce can be fresh, frozen, or canned.
Get Social: Share pictures of you buying, preparing, or eating from the color group of the week to the Facebook group. You can just post what you ate, or share delicious recipe from the category.
Be Rewarded: Everyone who shares at least twice a week will be entered into the weekly prize drawings.
The challenge is entirely online.
